- Hammer Mills are used to make powder form of Agricultural and Forestry waste. Medium speed heavy swing hammer mill chops the biomass into granular size which is passed through a screening area.
- The material with 0-100 mm is fed in the conveyor. From the conveyor, the material enters the Hammer Mill where it is grinded with lots of blades. After the material is grinded it is filtered with the Steel Net provided at the bottom of the Hammer Mill. Then after the particle material having 0 to 25 mm size is passed in the Cyclone. The final material in powder form is sucked with the blower from Cyclone & after collecting this powder form material; it is directly used in our briquetting machine.
